I was in the Scottish Motor trade for over 42 years I was privileged to be known to sir Arnold personally when I went to buy I’m sure he would not be pleased also tried to reach out to the new head man Russell but he didn’t reply Sir Arnold or Mr Gall or Scott Willis would have end of story
I had a really positive experience dealing with Arnold Clark Glasgow. I initially had my reservations about buying a car remotely,but in my Dealings with sales advisor Hayley speed , my fears were quickly allayed.the whole process was trouble free from start to finish.I couldn’t be happier with the car , and would absolutely recommend this dealer.
Sales man are awesome helps with all your questions and queries. He helpes me for finance queries car specs and details.but I took the car home and the next day i feel the driver side door feels slight slip down while opening and next day again the rear parking sensors doesnt works at all.
Sales and tech support received from Robbie and Zoe at Arnold Clark BMW Glasgow was great. They couldn’t have been more helpful, and even followed up with a call after having the car for a week to ask how we were getting on. Robbie also said that they were there if we needed any further information on driving the car.
