Purchased a car from Arnold Clark Linwood BYD recently and very pleased with the salesman Jordan Kincaid who was extremely helpful and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. Far too often Arnold Clark salesmen smother the customer and push much too hard to make sales and/or purchase additional items/services, but I felt no undue pressure from Jordan which played a huge part in me buying the car. A pushier salesman would've made me walk away from the showroom. Given that the salesman are the public face of the company, I feel that Arnold Clark should recognize and reward the work of people like Jordan for making the whole experience as enjoyable as possible for the customer. I was very reluctant to use Arnold Clark again after the treatment I've experienced in the past from slick and questionable salesmen, but Mr Kincaid couldn't be faulted in his working practice. It's too soon to comment on the car itself but Mr Kincaid has made himself accessible should there be any issues and has already followed up after the sale. So thanks again.
A big thank you to Rachel and Natalie from Huddersfield branch for sorting out the tech issues with our new car. always polite and professional and always keeping us updated with the progress of sorting out the problems and small niggles in-between. nothing was to much trouble, always at the end of the phone,and emails were quickly responded to. Again massive thanks, keep up the great work and your a credit to Arnold Clark.
