Picked up car last Tuesday (26th May). All tyre pressures were incorrect as 3 were way overinflated and 1 well below the requirement. I’ve only driven 100 miles and it’s booked into a garage already as the engine management light came on 😤 Certainly not the confidence booster I expect from a new used car !! 😡 Not happy as I was told the whole car had been checked over by Vauxhall mechanics .. Hmmmm!🤔🤔
From the o in off, the staff at Arnold Clark were easy to talk to and communicate with, and this without them being pushy or overwhelming. All the cars I saw were clean and smelled pleasant inside. Prices were good compared to other local dealers with a similar range of cars. The purchasing and exchange process was exactly as has been explained by both Umar, Joseph and finally James of Sales. From the viewpoint of the buyer it was an effortless process.
