What a good experience and very very happy with the professional service received from Arnold Clark. Charlie and Lee could not have been more professional, elderly parent buying a car no pressure and the car choice that was suggested was perfect also value for money. Would definitely recommend KIA Kirkcaldy .
Ross at Inverness branch has been fantastic from start to finish! Despite me being all the way in West Yorkshire he managed to make the whole process of buying a car (from so far away) straight forward and stress free. He kept me updated at regular intervals and was great at putting me at ease by sending videos of the car before and after purchase. One of which was personalised. He also made sure the car was transported to the click and collect branch as soon as possible and even included a box of chocolates for my daughter. The staff at the click and collect branch in Huddersfield were great, they contacted me as soon as the car was with them to arrange a date and time for me to pick it up and less than an hour after arriving to collect I was driving away! Since collecting the car Ross has continued communication with myself to arrange shortfall insurance and make sure all is well with my lovely new mini! I have only knocked one star off due to a chip in the windscreen which was missed during inspection, however I have every faith this will be rectified.
Another good experience from MG Kirkcaldy, This is my second car from this branch. I can honestly say if you want honest and good deal and experience ask for Kyle McKenzie. Moreover they've got good managers and always willing to negotiate a good deal. One off not many branches that not trying to rip you off. It is not perfect as there are some things or people I had contact with who should care more as this reflects on the branch but hey nothing is perfect.
