I could not have had better service from Hayden and the guy's at the Volvo/BYD branch in Stirling. Staff are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions that I had. Well done. Handover of the car was good, a lot of time explaining controls and functions. Would definitely recommend them.
Sarah was friendly and professional, answered all my questions and made it so simple. Unfortunately, the car is having some minor issues, and the cleanliness was questionable! Twice valeted and still discovering dog hair and dog smells! Had to do it thoroughly myself. Other than that, the car is beautiful.
Arnold Clark Salford were extremely helpful when buying my daughters new car. She wasn't sure which car she wanted so Jason showed us a few different models, and once she test drove the MG ZS, that was it! We never felt under pressure at any point, he wanted her to be happy with the car. The whole experience ran smoothly and within 24 hours she was collecting her new car.
