An amazing experience from start to finish. Every aspect was smoothly dealt with, and no stress at all. Customer advisor took us through everything aspect of car, the financial aspects and didn’t force anything on to us. We purchased our last car from them and it had lasted us 16 years. I was impressed at all stages of my dealings with the Arnold Clark Citroen branch in Kilmarnock. All staff were open and helpful and, in particular, Alan Darroch, who guided me through the purchase of my new C3 Aircross. I would have no hesitation in recommending others to use their services.
The whole process took less than 24 hour which suits my availability. The office was conducive for my kids and they were not a bother throughout as they were engaged. Every person I met had a smile on their face and my consultant was willing to answer all my questions. He also gave me a quick rundown of the functionalities of the car which I found very useful.
