After a not-so-great experience with Arnold Clark in the past—mainly due to the aftercare—I honestly didn’t think I’d be back. It definitely put me off for a while. But after seeing how smooth my dad’s purchase was in December 2025, I decided to keep an open mind… and I’m so glad I did! This time around, the service completely exceeded my expectations. Kyle was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and most importantly, there was zero pressure to buy. That made such a difference and allowed me to feel genuinely confident and excited about my decision. The whole experience felt easy, relaxed, and actually enjoyable—exactly how buying a car should be! I’ve already recommended that a friend pop in and take a look, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do the same again.
After a bad experience at a different branch, Ross talked me through my options, figures and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and had all the information I needed without being a robot or being pushy. The lady on reception was lovely and helpful and then when it came to picking my car up Lucy was great, even helped move some things I to my new car from the old one. Great people and genuinely great experience
