Sales consultant was helpful but lacked knowledge of Arnold Clarks offers of 500pd extra for trade in and 2 years free serving offer on 1st April, I was told I had to buy my car on 31st March even though I was paying for full month's road tax as wouldn't get as good a deal if I waited until the 1st
Such as easy process, we purchased a vehicle from another store, as there were none in stock at our local store. Nemo, the salesman based at Bolton was so knowledgeable, professional and reassuring, whilst guiding us through the process, from start to finish. This has been the most stressful free vehicle purchase we have ever made. Thank you Nemo 😊 🙏
Chris Conway was so helpful. He was not pushy like some car sales men can be. The the lovely receptionist lady was so great with our son Nothing was a problem. First time I have ever received fantastic customer service from a car sales garage before. Definitely recommend Jaecoo on scotswood Road
I recently bought my car from Arnold Clark. I absolutely love my new car. I particularly would like to thank Andre and Harnek for their help and support. And also the ladies on the front desk for being really helpful. Andre spent a lot of time showing me and my friend around the forecourt and giving advise on different cars based on what I was looking for. Harnek went above and beyond, even coming in to work on his day off to help with my car. Both very helpful, i ask a lot of questions and they were really patient with me and explained things to me so that i could understand! Both 5* customer service. I would definitely recommend both salesmen to help you with you next car. Thank you!
