Very frendy staff happy with car did not like the online systems I know the salesman said we would help you to do it wee like old school for older people we have a lot of new cars we have never had any problems with the old way things we’re done when we ever buy a new car car we will probably not have a computer so Arnold Clark will have to do all the computer work for us so we don’t get stressed with it other than that we are happy with car and the frendly staff at Arnold Clark.
The customer service I received was unacceptable. Despite being promised a Monday pickup, the vehicle didn't arrive at the click-and-collect branch until Tuesday. Reaching a representative for updates was incredibly difficult; after multiple attempts to get through, I was eventually informed via text—rather than a phone call—that the car couldn't be delivered on the agreed day. I felt completely undervalued as a customer. To offer a mere £8 train fare refund as compensation for this level of inconvenience is frankly insulting.
Wasted morning calling to collect vehicle Left waiting 40 mins to be told 'forgot' couldn't tax it as had registered new keeper and had to wait for V5. This despite having phoned day before specifically to arrange this. Apparently a shrug of the shoulders and 'sorry' is the answer. Half day wasted!
An amazing experience from start to finish. Every aspect was smoothly dealt with, and no stress at all. Customer advisor took us through everything aspect of car, the financial aspects and didn’t force anything on to us. We purchased our last car from them and it had lasted us 16 years. Great follow up service was also amazing.
