Found the car in autotrader. The sales guy went out of the way to provide me with additional information. Collected me from the train station. Carried out all of the pre delivery improvements agreed. Very pleasant showroom and personnel. A long way to travel but a nice experience
My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. The salesperson was unresponsive and frequently ignored my calls, which made the process frustrating and stressful. I felt pressured into completing an Experian Accountability Passport, even though I had not been asked to do this in previous visits and wasn’t comfortable with it. Overall, the service was poor, and I would caution others to carefully consider their experience before choosing this dealership. recently applied for a loan with this dealership, and the experience was very disappointing. When my application was initially declined, the salesperson made comments about my status and described me as a “housewife,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. I was also told that unless I completed an Experian Passport accountability check, I would not be approved for the loan. I want to acknowledge that the previous manager here was extremely helpful and professional, but my recent experience left me feeling poorly treated. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve how they handle applications and treats all customers respectfully, regardless of their circumstances. I’ve been a customer here for over 4.5years and have consistently paid my monthly loan of £366. When the previous manager was here, I received excellent service and felt supported. Recently, however, I was told that unless I complete an Experian Passport accountability check, I would not be allowed to continue my loan—despite my long history of timely payments. I found this approach very concerning and felt poorly treated by the current staff. I hope the dealership addresses this issue and treats long-term customers fairly.
