While I’m satisfied with the car there is always room for improvement. Matthew was very pleasant when dealing with us and Kieran was helpful also who is the sales manager. I’ve given four stars to no flaws of anyone just that nothing is perfect and there is always opportunity to grow.
It was my first time at AC and I was attended to by a staff member called Robbie . He had a great communication skill , he seemed like a people person and he had excellent product knowledge. Even though he could have referred me to the website to see the differences between products , he calmly explained the difference and hence I was able to make informed decisions that was satisfying. There was a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with what I got. The whole process made me feel special even though I was parting with my money 😎😎😎😎😎.
We were made most welcome by friendly and helpful staff. I was kept up to date with details about the car. A remote purchase was made easier through introduction by video. Documentation was easily and professionally done - some requirements on the AC app and others face to face with a staff member. Excellent service all round.
