Piotr went above an beyond for us. Originally I went to look at a golf, we then got talking about the chery tiggos. We ended up going for a tiggo 7 and couldn't be happier. We never thought we would be able to get a brand new car but piotr made it happen. He was so professional and helpful a real asset to your Arnold Clark team.
Everything went wrong. Bought a car 2 days later there’s a noise, took it back , I was told to go back and use it, it could be because the car has been standing for sometime, the noise is very bad and loud . I then took the car back to repair they couldn’t fix it because they needed to buy somethings before it can be done, I decided I don’t have confidence in the car anymore, worried that there could be another issue with the car, as the mirror is also not working, mind you I no nothing about cars, I also asked the sales girl if there wouldn’t be any issues with the car, she assured me that Arnold Clarks cars are well serviced before sold . When I took the car for servicing I asked for a curtsy car, there was no curtsy car giving, I was told there’s none available. I have to pick a taxi front and back, a car less down a month old. I took the car back yesterday and the sales lady refused to take the car, that I can’t just walk in and give the keys back I need to fill in a form first. Mind you she was taking me through for a part exchange, of which I thought was unfair I need my full refund of £5000 so I can take a new car. She showed me a 2025 car with 15mils. And asking me to put down another deposit, which is very strange to me. The next day when I went in she said the car was sold when the car is still online.
