We were browsing at cars that we shortlisted to purchase. After browsing the show-space outside what we were looking for we didnt find. So we were leaving as Khamr approached us, friendly and checking if we were okay. Then said to come in have a seat and let's see what he can find. He asks what we're looking for then brings to us MG HS- something we didn't really consider to even add to the list. There was one in the store, he brought it round for us to see. Looked big and spacious just right for us as a family of 5. Went for a test drive said he would have one newer model brought in and sorted for us. After a lot of back and forth a car was finally decided and then sorted out. It was a smooth experience, had we not been stopped we wouldn't have thought of this
I bought a 2019 Nissan Juke from Arnold Clark and within around 5 months it developed a major gearbox fault. I later found out the gearbox had already been replaced before I purchased the vehicle, which I was not informed about at the time of sale. The car has now been off the road for a whole month with no clear resolution while responsibility is still being disputed. I am still making finance payments and paying for alternative transport. While the sales process was smooth, the after-sales support and communication have been very poor once issues arose. I have been left without a working vehicle and without a clear timeframe for repair or resolution. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Arnold Clark to do thorough checks and consider an independent inspection before purchase. I really regret!
After seeing a car on the website ℹ initiated a what’s app conversation.They came back to me and I gave a few details.The following morning I spoke to Graham who was extremely helpful and came back with my options . I said I’d pop down to see the car the next day . It wasn’t ready as it had been in the workshop but i did take it for a test drive. From start to finish Graham has been amazing and very efficient. I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again !
