Car went in for software upgrade and through lack of product knowledge experience and Jaecoo expertise, this branch created a fault on my car that they denied existed. From the service reception staff, Technician, and Service Manager they denied there was an issue., wouldn't listen to me, their customer,!even after being shown photographic evidence. Basically all spinning the same lie, saying 'All Jaecoo cars are like that' but refusing the fact that mine was not like that prior to their interference. This fact confirmed by other Jaecoo dealerships other than Arnold Clark. Branch Manager didn't return calls, Service Manager didn't return calls and emails. It was only after getting Jaecoo involved that it was explained that this branch did not have the diagnostic tools to resolve the issue they had caused. Still waiting on them to contact me six weeks later to resolve this matter, a fault they caused and denied and tried to cover their tracks by telling lies.🙃 Will never buy from Arnold Clark again. 😡
Arnold Clark’s staff were kind, considerate and very helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had the right car for me. I therefore am very pleased with the vehicle I bought and would recommend Arnold Clark staff at their Burton on Trent showroom to my friends and family.
The cnmpany clearly has well trained sales staff who are thoroughly professional. No pushy sales pressure which turns me off. So the whole purchase process was smooth and stress free. All my questions were dealt with in a patient and helpful way from initial contact, to test drive and finally collection of my new car.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable product consultants on site. Helped us to get the right car, at the right price, as they have access to vehicles at all branches. Explained various add-ons, but no pressure to buy. Service plans are very competitive. Kept updated throughout. Would highly recommend.
