The cnmpany clearly has well trained sales staff who are thoroughly professional. No pushy sales pressure which turns me off. So the whole purchase process was smooth and stress free. All my questions were dealt with in a patient and helpful way from initial contact, to test drive and finally collection of my new car.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable product consultants on site. Helped us to get the right car, at the right price, as they have access to vehicles at all branches. Explained various add-ons, but no pressure to buy. Service plans are very competitive. Kept updated throughout. Would highly recommend.
I recently visited Arnold Clark to look at buying a new car and trading in my current one, and I had a really positive experience. Jonathan, who assisted me throughout, was friendly, approachable, and very helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the process clearly, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I never felt pressured at any point, which made a big difference. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Arnold Clark—especially if you get the chance to deal with Jonathan.
Honest and constructive. I went in and specifically asked for a member of their team and was told he was in a meeting and advised someone else would deal with me. I agreed. I reserved the car and went through the numbers to which I was satisfied and happy with. I was informed the car would be here on the Tuesday coming. Tuesday had come and go, there was no contact from Arnold Clark. I went in on Wednesday to find out that the member of staff was on sick leave (I can understand that) however I wasn't appointed anyone else at that time. I received a call on Friday from the boss stating the car wouldn't be ready until Monday! I expressed my concerns considering it was 3 days late at this point. Monday came around I went down mid day and a different service advised dealt with me!I had a walk around the car, test drove it and then was informed to come back later that day as the car needed charged. I re attended and had to deal with someone else. The paperwork was carried out which was all fine other than never being explained about the advantage of bumble bee charging offer as such I outsourced it and paid almost double. Upon receiving the car there was an issue with the main dash control. I attended the following day within store, a technician looked at it and deemed it wasn't user error and it would need fixed/repaired. The service advisor wasn't sure on who would be best suited to deal with it and told me to leave and he'd contact me by the end of the day however this is now the second day and I have yet to be contacted. Oh and I never received my RFID blocking pouch which was an optional extra (Free) Overall not the best service, I've bought from Arnold Clark for the last 3 of the 5 cars I've had and this has been the worst so far.
