From looking at a car to driving it away Arnold Clarke as a company has been very professional throughout, I dealt with a young man named Lucas Bullock who was exceptional, everything he said they would do with the car from a scratch to having a wheel refurbished was done before I had picked it up and it was immaculate when I drove away.
Seun at the Shrewsbury branch was AMAZING! Nothing was ever too much trouble. From the moment we arrived having a nose around cars he was so helpful. Great selection of cars so was able to find something suitable fast. When it came to the purchase process it was by far the fastest and most stress free experinece i have ever had. Everything was taken care of so smoothly. I was in my selected car the next day. Couldnt rate Seun and the Shrewsbury branch high enough, they are absolute pros at what they do. When it comes time for a new motor again i will absolutely be back!
Cory was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and extremely efficient but also very helpful and friendly. He wasn't pushy just very pleasant and relaxed which made the whole experience a pleasure. I have since recommended this dealership to neighbours, family and friends. The manager David was also great !
