I had a very positive experience purchasing my first electric Kia car. Simon Brown at Huddersfield Arnold Clarke was exceptional. We had called to enquire about a car purchase and there was no pressure. Simon was highly helpful answering all my questions with knowledge. His customer service and communications skills were excellent. He was professional and polite and offered a test drive which was not delayed. He was honest in describing the car I wanted to purchase. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. His aftercare was also excellent. I had an issue with the Kia App not connecting to my car and with remarkable patience he resolved the problem. I had a fantastic experience buying my car from MG Kirkcaldy, and I want to give special thanks to William. From start to finish, William was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that he never put any pressure on me to buy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with every part of the process. To be honest, I wasn’t fully convinced about buying the car at first, and I actually left the dealership because I wanted some more time to think it over. However, William gave me such a great deal and was so fair and transparent that I simply couldn’t say no. I came back and bought the car from him, and I’m genuinely so glad I did. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when making such an important purchase. I would highly recommend MG Kirkcaldy to anyone looking for a car, and I would especially recommend asking for William. He is a top-class salesperson and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.
My daughter bought a car (Honda) from the Bathgate branch and 6 months later the wet belt failed and blew the turbo. After speaking to the branch who were not at fault in any way, the stand in manager Frank Brown who is based in Broxburn offered (£500) to help with the overall costs of the repairs (£2500). They did not have to do anything to help but as a goodwill gesture they contributed to the repairs and took a lot of the stress away from my daughter as she tried to pay for the repairs. Frank was fantastic and did all he could to help and I would recommend Arnold Clark to anyone looking for a car the service is just better than the rest.
