Forget about the bad experiences iv had with arnold clark of old. My recent purchase from arnold clark BMW in Hillington was a pleasant surprise. Great staff, friendly, helpful, accommodating. Haggled a decent price and they delivered beyond my expectations. Salesman Jamie was a great guy. Couldn't be any more helpful, young Ryan who we had first contact with was a wealth of knowledge and advice and the manager was brilliant.Even when I had to go back 3 days later when I hit a pothole and wrecked a tyre they sorted me out on very, very short notice and couldn't have been more helpful. Whole experience was brilliant. Good to see Arnold clark of the past has been replaced by a caring, thoughtful arnold clark for the future to come. Keep on the improvements because I'm one customer that notices and appreciates the change.
