Pick up of car was great and I love it and it drives safe however I have messaged about a few issues since and not heard back . Head rest in rear middle is burst at corner, breaks don’t seem right and there was no car Mats . I noticed all the next day when giving the car the once over

I recently purchased a used car about 4–5 days ago, and I’ve noticed a few issues I’d like to discuss. The right-side stop light is not working, and the engine warning light has come on. I’ve also noticed that the engine sound seems different than expected, and there is a metallic noise when driving. Additionally, the engine oil level has dropped from 92% to 78% within a short period. There is also a message on the dashboard indicating that the exhaust filter needs cleaning etc.. I hope someone will read my review and find a solution , I can't reach customer services and I sent email and WhatsApp message but no one answer , anyway I will write details later
As we got into car after full payment in cash, noticed dent on passenger side rear door. Called salesman to see and he promised to call next day to resolve. A minute after leaving showroom, noticed chip in windscreen. Stopped and called salesman. Again, promised someone would be in touch to fix. I didn't have call next day and emailed. Still waiting. Very disappointed.
