Went in ac oldbury to buy a new byd to forever to do paperwork because salesman was new by did his best and was helpful unlike the managers he was asking to help him I was told could have car out showroom get it Wednesday then told they were ordering a new car would have it Thursday Friday at latest I phoned Wednesday because I hadn’t heard anything told car was coming week and a half later still not heard anything so ordered from some where else very poor customer service by the management
My daughter got a car through these jokers which wasn't fully checked ended up with a fault which apparently they needed a week to rectify. They took my daughters other car and was supposed to pay off the pcp straight away but they didn't so she incurred a extra payment. She wasn't happy with the way the handled her sale so she returned the new car to which they reckon it takes 2 weeks to sort the finance out all in all a shit show . None of my family and friends will use this company in the future there a joke.
Bought a car from AC Hamilton Road Vauxhall. Car broke down after an hour of collecting the vehicle then upon further investigation by myself of the car due to misaligned panels and different paint schemes found out the car had been in 2 accidents which AC never disclosed. Claimed they had but it’s clear they never ever did a check and chanced their arm on selling the car. Be aware of a white Hyundai i20 SH20NLY if it pops up. If I could provide images on this I would.
We really can’t fault burton AC, the whole team are really great to deal with, shout out to Ben who dealt with us, he worked really hard to get 2 vehicles sorted for us. He even had to put up with a last minute change of mind that we are sure frustrated him but he dealt with it with a smile on his face and gritted teeth, what a guy! We love our vehicles both are great and came all sparkling and ready to go. We had a great experience from start to finish and we will be recommending AC and the team to everyone that is looking for a vehicle.
