We went to the Arnold Clark in Oldbury. Harjit Uppal made us feel welcomed, not pressured but provided the time, care and patience we needed. The service from start to finish was incredible, he completely put us at ease and provided excellent customer service throughout. Thank you so much for making it seem so easy to purchase a car for my wife, who was so nervous on the day but you helped to make the experience wonderful and putting her nerves at ease.
It was a pleasant experience, & The sales person was very pleasant & helpful, but there is always room for improvements, like the car could have been taken out from other parked cars, so we could inspect it more, as when we got home & had a closer look, we noticed the bumper & side wing needed attention, which was rectified otherwise the experience was good & we were happy with the car.
Choosing the car and collecting it after a smooth sale was incredibly helpful. They took their time explaining the car and offered great advice during the test drive. Everything was friendly and pressure-free. I’d definitely recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for Paul Miller
