I had a great experience with Arnold Clark, thanks to Okey and Pavan. Okey was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free, with no pressure at all. Pavan handled the Click & Collect handover brilliantly—everything was clear, quick, and well organised. He also took the time to walk me through the car’s features in a simple and helpful way. I had a very positive experience purchasing my first electric Kia car. Simon Brown at Huddersfield Arnold Clarke was exceptional. We had called to enquire about a car purchase and there was no pressure. Simon was highly helpful answering all my questions with knowledge. His customer service and communications skills were excellent. He was professional and polite and offered a test drive which was not delayed. He was honest in describing the car I wanted to purchase. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. His aftercare was also excellent. I had an issue with the Kia App not connecting to my car and with remarkable patience he resolved the problem.
