Absolutely shocking experience with the Liverpool Branch, virtually impossible to get hold of anyone and left on hold for considerable periods of time and phone lines rarely get answered. Took an age for them to even get back to you and on agreed collection day of the vehicle, we had a wasted 6 hour round trip because of further issues with their software meaning we couldn’t take the vehicle away that day causing further disruption and cost. Really would not recommend until they have sorted themselves out
Harpreet was very friendly, he made me feel at ease and didn’t rush me at all. I needed help on finding a new car and he helped me with a lot of patience from start to finish and made me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgable and informative. I will be coming to Harpreet in future for any new cars’s. 10/10.
Personable, professional and really really helpful. Dan at the Liverpool showroom made the entire process seamless and easy. I got a fantastic part ex price for my older vehicle and came away with a nearly new MG. Couldn’t have been easier! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cars in future!
