Very disappointed with my recent experience. The day after I purchased my car, they introduced an offer of 2 years free servicing on all used cars. This was never mentioned during the sale, which was frustrating as I had literally just committed to buying. It feels unfair and poorly handled from a customer service perspective. I also have concerns about the MOT and vehicle preparation. Advisories from the previous year highlighted worn and pitted brake discs and perished tyres, yet these were not picked up or addressed. The same advisors appear to still be there, which raises questions about how thoroughly the car was inspected before being sold. Overall, this has left me feeling disappointed and lacking confidence in both the checks carried out and the transparency during the sales process. I expected better. 😕🚗
Arnold Clark Oldbury is by far the best place I’ve been when purchasing a car. Ive been back there twice now and my partner has been there too, they listen to all your requests without the pressure you’ll get at other show rooms. They will always find something for you, they are professional and easy to talk to.
