Very easy process from start to delivery . Buying from N Ireland was a bit concerned but needn’t have been . The whole was very easy we were guided the whole process with the help of knowledgeable staff right up to collection . They even paid for the return journey for car and 2 passengers. The after sales team have been in touch to see how we are getting on . 5 stars 🌟 from me .
I had a great experience with Jared at Arnold Clark. From start to finish, he was helpful, kind, and made the whole process quick and easy. He was always fast to respond to any questions and was more than happy to discuss any concerns further, which made me feel really comfortable throughout. I was unsure whether getting finance would even be possible for me, but Jared was very supportive and guided me through everything clearly and professionally. He was polite at all times and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and positive. I’d highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for excellent customer service and support when buying a car.
Found a car we liked in York with the help of James. You need a smartphone to download the app & complete the purchase process. Sadly I forgot my phone when going to collect the car. Paid for it 2 days prior. James on day off so Delilah & I struggled to sign off the purchase, managed to sign off later in the day from home. Overall, patient, well trained, helpful, cheerful staff. Just don't forget your smartphone!
