Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They were not pushy, they left us to look around without bothering us. When asked, the staff proved more information. Even let us to initially plan on test driving 4 vehicles. On the day that we booked to test drive it was wet. The staff brought each car into the showroom so we could look at it better. Once decided we had decided, it was ready for us within 2days. We also had one of the team explain some of the cars "gadgets". All in all, a seamless experience.
I arrived at 3.45pm to collect the vehicle with a couple of hours to spare before a meeting in the evening. When I arrived the vehicle was clearly ready but the salesman was on the phone. It was 5pm before I was seen, and then only when Dawn placed my V5 trade-in form in front of the salesman as he was still on the phone. I missed my meeting. Still awaiting an answer on the tyre kit - the original MB pump had been removed and replaced with a much larger AC kit which would have to sit in the boot taking up limited space. Not great for an expensive vehicle.
