On collecting my new car it was noticed the speedometer screen was cracked. I was assured this would be fixed and not to let it ruin my new car day experience. Fast forward 7 weeks. Still nothing has been done. They dont reply to emails. They dont phone back when they promise to. An official complaint has been logged with the customer service team and still nothing has been done.
My first time buying a car from Arnold Clark at Chery on Great Western Road was excellent. The customer experience from all the staff was great, and the offer of tea, coffee, and biscuits made the whole visit feel relaxed. Matt, the salesman, is highly knowledgeable and very polite. He took me on a test drive where I felt completely relaxed and never pressured into anything. He showed me the car in great detail, including how to set everything up, which really helped. He also talked me through all the finance options. I wasn’t sure if I would be accepted, but he explained everything clearly, put my mind at ease, and even helped me organise all the relevant paperwork. The aftercare has also been fantastic.
