I have purchased all of my vehicles from Arnold Clarke for over 25 years. The staff and after care have always been amazing. They always go above and beyond to make my experience of purchasing a vehicle smooth and hassle free, looking at all options and ensuring I get exactly what I want within my budget. I never felt pressured or pushed into something I didn’t want.
Having bought our first car from the Greenock branch of Arnold Clark, it seemed logical to go back there and look at a new car rather than go out of town and since your Sales reps were attentive the first time round four years ago. It was a no brainer to go back there and deal with John Odonnel to purchase our new car which is a jaecoo 5 Estate car 1.6 petrol. Love the car and the level of technology in this luxury model.
From walking into the forecourt undecided on what kind of car we wanted the salesman Will was just brilliant Didn’t push for a sale instead gave us accurate and sound advice which in the end made our choice so much easier The staff at Kirkcaldy couldn’t do enough for us WUll and Danny are a credit to your company I would recommend Arnold Clark in Kirkcaldy to anyone thinking about purchasing a car on PCP All In all service was nothing short of 5 star
