Stay clear sold me faulty car that the bonnet didn’t even open on despite claiming they’d done checks it had water damage faulty electricals and more it all started within 24 hours i even woke up to a a slow puncture next day after collection I returned they tried fobbing me off I had to be persistent it was a nightmare starting having to document everything after 2 months I was finally offered refund but with mileage deductions they claimed I was out with 30 days despite notifying them within 24 hits I wasn’t happy there unbelievable they demanded the Curtosy car back immediately after confirming they’d accept the rejection leaving me no transport I requested they allow me to keep while I waited new v5 to get my refund they refused and went on to cancel insurance 04/04/26 While still demanding I return it legally I’m now unable to drive it instead of making formal arrangements they today sent a guy to my door to intimidate me he called me first from a mobile i said I’m out he replied he knows I’m home and car is there as he’s outside my home moments later I witness him taking pictures of my home when he seen me he made off I have it all recorded so I felt well surely the company won’t have that but… I reported it to executive team who laughed at me i had to go to police as I was being intimidated the cc cars still in my drive despite them aware I cannot drive it they have now sent me emails threatening to report it missing to police which is just wasting police time it’s the most bizarre experience ever as it stands they owe me £11498 I’ve contact motor ombudsman now stay clear of this company honestly horrible people I’ve been refuse any further escalation so I’m relying on my bank now and police to resolve. Hi Arnold shark again,I made a inquiry about a golf r in Linwood VW first nobody even phoned me to talk about the car second all I got was a email to value my P/X and as usual it was a low ball offer Third I made a counter offer and still nobody contacted me, absolutely terrible customer service
