⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience buying my car from Arnold Clark. The whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and the attention to detail throughout the purchase. We were extremely disappointed with the support and service we received. The problem started from the top, the management did not seem interested in providing customer service and indifferent at best. All the promises were not kept. When purchasing the car we were told it would take 7-10 days on May 15 , with that in mind and to secure the car we paid the 30% deposit, instead we did not collect the car till July 2nd. The same indifferent service continued till that day. What should have been a pleasant experience, it was painful.
I am now have honest reviews getting removed from here to try and cover up the lies. Being stoped from living honest reviews on Arnold Clark MG. This is a disease and I have emails to prove what I am saying this is a complete cover up form Arnold Clark. Not a good experience to be going through. Cant warn people enough to stay away.
