Sarah was friendly and professional, answered all my questions and made it so simple. Unfortunately, the car is having some minor issues, and the cleanliness was questionable! Twice valeted and still discovering dog hair and dog smells! Had to do it thoroughly myself. Other than that, the car is beautiful.
Disappointing experience, when collecting the car there was no evidence of the car's service history, despite checking on the phone beforehand that it had existed. I was promised this would be provided before accepting the car, and then a few days later offered a blank service book and an offer of £25. Not having the service history or knowledge if the car has been serviced correctly impacts the future value of the car and now I’m left in limbo.
Avoid at all costs. Had a previous bad experience with AC years ago and vowed never to use them again. I decided to give them another chance as I see a car I really liked. WHAT A MISTAKE. From start to finish I have been mucked about significantly. Taking over 2 weeks to get a car brought up from down south on this day n age is shocking. AC offering new deals of free 2 year service and MOT , so i asked them about this. Was told because they weren't making money on the car I would have to pay for it. I cancelled the deal only to be told they would give me that deal. So I agreed. Day before going to collect it I was told that I didn't need to pay the £99 deposit as I was getting money back from the sale . Click n collect dept on Dundee demanding that this had to be paid before collection. To cut a long story short ,the way both the manager at the garage in Stafford and Dundee click and collect speak to you in emails is disgusting. Also trying to sell me a car that had 2 previous owners as advertised by themselves. After paying to have the vehicle checked out myself ,it turned out the vehicle has had 3 previous owners and not the 2 they were advertising it as.Avoid this company at all costs. Lies lies lies. They think because they have the monopoly of the car sales across the UK they can treat their customers like mugs and idiots
Sales consultant was helpful but lacked knowledge of Arnold Clarks offers of 500pd extra for trade in and 2 years free serving offer on 1st April, I was told I had to buy my car on 31st March even though I was paying for full month's road tax as wouldn't get as good a deal if I waited until the 1st
