We purchased from Arnold Clark Bolton, and our salesman - Marco Passerini - took time to understand our family's needs. He directed us to several vehicles in the compound we could sit in, and was patient and cheerful whilst I read all the Ts&Cs. Although we didn't have any significant interaction with other staff, they all acknowledged us with a smile and/or greeting. We would ve happy to come back when the car has run its life 😊
Recently purchased a car from Arnold Clark in Kilmarnock. Great experience from staff who fully grasped my car needs and options available. Clear knowledge and information provided in relation to the car financial negotiations and finance agreement. The member of staff went beyond his remit by accessing a post office on a public holiday to ensure I could receive the car on the date agreed. I also received a follow up call to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would really recommend visiting this car dealership again.
