I bought my car from the Arnold Clarke dealership in Salford. I also paid for the 3 year servicing package and went for repairs after tyresonthedrive messed up the tracking. Today, I find out I have to replace the front tyres after 18 months because the tracking and balancing was off. I went back on the day I picked up my car and said it still felt off. They sent me packing with no concerns and made me feel foolish at the time. So, thanks a million for that!
Car broke down on way home, lots of warning lights. One of which was tyre pressure warning - pressure too low. Wheel alignment was way out. This car we was told had been serviced!!! Rang branch to see what we could do they told us to use 60 day warranty so we did which then means 7 day Returns Policy is unvalid and when spoke to Sales Manager was only interested in quoting Consumer rights at me.
I recently purchased a car following an initial test drive. The whole process from test drive to receiving the vehicle was just over a week. During which time the Sales Rep was very helpful and informative. Taking the time to answer any questions I had. He was also very thorough in terms of guiding me through each stage of the process
We have been with Arnold Clark when it even changed from Lex, the family over that time has bought many cars. AC has always been first class! in all aspects of buying a car, the last one being the Pollockshaws Branch and i delt with Deborah, from start to finish she was Fantastic! so professional and took the nice stress out of the process. I would recommend AC to any body they are Simply the Best!!!!!!!!!!!
