Arnold Clark's servicing centre Sighthill, Edinburgh has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Poor communication if you ever get through, incorrect information given, evade questions and lack any kind of moral fibre. Repaired our car in December and caused even more issues, can only assume they are frightened to share fault report as it implicates them. Good news is sharing my experience has meant 2 people bought cars elsewhere and others will not use Arnold Clark for servicing or repairs.
Happy Jim. It was without doubt the best experience I have had in buying a new car. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I cannot thank Mr Scott enough for all he did for me he was excellent from start to finish. It was a pleasure to have him assist me in the purchasing of my new car.
Had issues a few weeks ago while using Fastcharger in Torry at Mazda showroom. Staff were extremely helpful and got me charged and refund all sorted out. Now have an Electroverse rfid card and Arnie subscription for 30% discount. So, as the other Arnie often said, " I'll be back". I wont expect their clothes,boot or their motorcycle though. Well done Arnold Clark. Highly recommend to EV drivers. A free set of mats for my id7 would be nice, that would be 6 stars out of 5. :-)
