From initially visiting the show room on Friday to collecting our car Monday we couldn’t be more delighted with our overall experience at Arnold Clark Bishopbriggs. We were greeted by Reece Ward who advised and showed us cars that met our budgetary needs. Having driven manual cars for 30years plus I was a bit apprehensive about test driving an automatic. Reece was very articulate helping my first experience driving automatic, which paid off. As we were in need of a car urgently they delivered on this. Thanks to John Cox who assisted us when completing the purchase.
The whole car buying process was smooth and professional with great assistance from the Product Consultant (sales guy) - I dealt with George in the Stirling branch and he found us the very car we were looking for and guided us through the whole process - even after buying the car there was no hesitation in helping me resolve a tech problem I had with the Arnold Clark App. No problem in recommending you check them out
No detailed instructions on how to set up car technology wise - user profiles for example. Front Number plate on car not secure and we, the customer, had to drive the vehicle to the workshop to get this rectified, An appalling way to hand over a car. No hard copy user manual. Only an online pdf file.
