I was looking for a car that was automatic, had a sat nav and rear view camera within a certain price range. I was shown a few cars that fitted my needs, and as the car I chose was at a different garage, the sales assistant arranged to bring it to the garage for me to inspect and test drive. I liked the car and it fitted my needs, so I was happy to buy it.
First Class Service from Andrew Kearney in Hyundai , Arnold Clark Alexandra Parade Glasgow. All staff in this showroom are polite and helpful, Andrew was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble , I bought a Hyundai i10 N line and I am very happy with it
Absolute shambles. Car went in for an MOT, needed two tyres. Went to pick up my car, was told it was being washed…..it wasn’t as I sat and was looking at it the whole time. Was then told the van with the tyres in it had been involved in an accident and the doors were jammed shut. Had to go back the next day, was told the tyres would be replaced straight away, was left sitting for an hour only to be told the hydraulic machine was broken and they would have to change them by hand. Ended up leaving and getting them to deliver the car back home…….shambles.
