I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2020 Audi RS4 from Approved Performance. From the initial contact with Luke he put my mind at ease about purchasing the vehicle from distance and set the finance company wheels into motion for me. I opted to have the car ceramic coated and on collection day I was not disappointed. It looked brand new. It was a pleasure to meet Luke in person and he showed us around his showroom before unveiling my car to me. It was a 5 star service from start to finish and Luke is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Approved Performance to anyone in the market for their new car. After working (very successfully) in car sales for 25 years, I can honestly say I have never met anyone like Luke. From the first phone call to the handover he was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgeable, approachable and actually took an interest as to what I was looking for in a car. His enthusiasm shone through and I was kept updated nearly every day between sale and collection. The car was presented to a ridiculously high standard and if it wasn’t for the number plates you’d swear it was new. He wasn’t at all pushy and it was just like chatting with a mate about cars but the main thing was he was , he was completely honest and actually did what he said he would do…sounds simple but such a rare thing today.I will definitely call him when I fancy a change because his standards are the highest I’ve ever come across and he wouldn’t sell anything he wouldn’t want for himself

Brilliant service, immaculate presentation and passionate about cars. Luke has been brilliant to speak with through the process of purchasing my new car. As soon as you walk into the showroom, you can tell from the variety of spectacular vehicles that Luke only sells what he would own himself. It’s been 4 months since I picked up my car and through no fault of Luke’s, I’ve had to start a warranty claim. Again Luke has been fantastic. Quickly responding and walking me through the warranty process and what to expect. Great guy. I’ve already recommended Approved Performance to plenty of people, and I’ll carry on doing so.

I bought my car 3 months ago, I’m never eager to leave reviews as I like to experience the “sales” and “after sales” as well as giving both parties a fair shot. Being a car enthusiast it’s hard to buy a car from dealers, I try to stay clear from main dealers as they don’t care about prep or after sales. I 100% wouldn’t buy from a “car super” market for love or money. Now buying from Luke was an absolute delight, no “salesman bullshit” no “salesman cheese”, just honest John car enthusiast talk. The car wasn’t as described….. it was better, Luke just made me feel comfortable from the first phone call and was amazing to talk cars with sales company who appreciated my enthusiasm. Nick detailed the car to a standard to which I was happy ie an extremely high standard. The after sales has been second to none, I had a minor issue to which there was no p**sy footing about. There was no “ring the warranty company” fob off, no “claim on your insurance and we’ll pay the excess” bull s*it. It was picked up, a car left with me for hospital visits I needed to do and the car was delivered back (even though I offered to swap back over). If I could give more than 5 stars I would, god damn outstanding company and service. THANK YOU.

Fabulous experience. Quick and easy hand over, and made sure that I had quick understanding of majority of the cars features before I left.
