I had a genuinely great experience with Anwick Car Sales from start to finish. Rod and Luis were a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I arrived, the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and friendly. I never felt pushed into anything, which made a big difference. I had the time and space to look properly and make a decision at my own pace. I chose an older vehicle, and they were open about its age and condition, which I appreciated. What really has made me a happy customer was what they did before I collected it. They sorted a few jobs without me having to ask. New brake pads, a couple of new tyres, and making sure the spare tyre was replaced too. It showed real care and attention, and gave me confidence. During this work, a small fault developed with a headlight connection. Luis got in touch and they dealt with it straight away. No hassle, no excuses, they simply fixed it. That kind of aftercare is rare and it meant a lot. Every member of staff I came across was polite, approachable, and professional. You feel looked after, not like just another sale. Since then, the car has been faultless and is happily eating up motorway miles. I will absolutely be back when it is time for my next car. I would recommend them without hesitation.
I bought my car a Soda Yeti at Alnwick car sales about 18 months ago, it\u2019s beautiful to drive & spotless inside, I went to look to see what they had in, they was all very friendly & not pushy, I got a great deal on my old car so I was happy there. BEST PLACE AROUND! I bought a clean VW Passat from here and for all intensive purposes, its history was perfect and it drove and appeared perfect, an unexpected and total random fault with a component in the engine occurred, an became a persistent problem. The guys at Anwick did not stop until the problem was solved, providing constant support, repairs, courtesy vehicles and complete reassurance until every issue was resolved, in a remarkable amount of time. I still have the car now almost a year later and it\u2019s been amazing with no issues what so ever. If you want a reasonably priced well vetted car, with reassurance that if things go wrong, you\u2019ll be looked after, get your next car here, I couldn\u2019t recommend them enough.
Great dealership. My daughter bought a Renault Megane and I bought a 1 Series from Anwick and I can't recommend them enough. No pushy sales efforts, just advice to suit your requirements. After sales were amazing, my 1 Series developed a fault and they got it sorted without issue, not something most second hand dealerships do very well. I'll certainly use them again.
I bought a beautiful 7 series BMW, with low mileage and was very impressed by the sales team throughout the process. Having picked up the car there seemed to be an issue with misfiring so sceptically I rang them and was stunned at how apologetic they were and how eager they were to assist. First it had to go in for a diagnostic, then the required part was ordered. After it went in again to have the new part fitted, they re-diagnosed and found another issue, which again they arranged for fitting. All under warranty and I am very pleased with the car and the excellent service. Very nice honest people to deal with.
