The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and completely pressure-free. The team were upfront, professional, and made sure everything was ready to go when I arrived. First time using this company for a mot and wow what a service my car failed mot was given a price for the parts that was needed and with in 2 hours my car had a fresh mot and all the parts done great service will 100% recommend and definitely will use them again 5* service thanks guys

I would recommend this place to anyone. Firstly let me say the premises themselves are incredible, spotless, well appointed, even has a shower!!! And the owner was one of the friendliest and decent chaps you are ever going to meet. Made to feel welcome throughout and supplied us with a lovely car at a reasonable price. Have used Andover car sales once before but that was through another firm and not direct , I strongly recommend you go direct. Absolutely 5star service from start to finish. The whole place is top notch it’s friendly , really clean not cluttered with car parts like a lot of places has a very comfy waiting room with tv sofa table chairs magazines you wouldn’t think you were at a garage at all, also has the nicest customer loo by miles 😍, you’ll see what I mean. Have to say this is the first ever time I’ve put my car in for MOT and felt completely cared for and most of all not ripped off! I have used a lot of different garages in the past due to being ripped off but now I can confidently say I’ve found my permanent garage for both mine and my other half’s cars safe in the knowledge we will be looked after . Keep up the great work guys STRONGLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

PX my car in for a van and couldn’t have been made easier total no pressure approach and extremely friendly and fair price paid for my PX I wish all garages / car sales were as good as these guys.
