Extremely disappointing experience. I have taken my Nissan e-NV200 to this dealership for servicing and fault diagnosis since I purchased it brand new. Before their work, the van had an issue where battery charging limit to a higher milage which 205miles instead of 180 mile.(this is not rang) Rather than resolving the issue properly, the situation became much worse after their intervention. I was informed that they did not have the facilities to carry out the repair themselves and had to bring in an external specialist. When I got the van back, the maximum range had dropped to around 125 miles, significantly reducing the usable capacity of the battery. As the van has a 40kWh battery, I expect to be able to use its full capacity, but I am now getting nowhere near that. When I returned the van and raised the issue, I was told they had not changed anything. However, the problem only appeared after the vehicle was in their workshop. I am now left with a van that requires much more frequent charging, which is having a direct impact on my business. As a sole trader, I rely on this van to visit customers, but instead I am spending valuable working time at charging stations. To make matters worse, I was charged \xa3217 for diagnostic work that did not resolve the problem. I was also charged \xa3440 + VAT for what was described as a minor service on an electric van, including a coolant change and cabin filter replacement, which I felt was excessive. The report says carried out a visual diagnostic. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. The customer service was poor, the issue remains unresolved, and I have been left with a vehicle that performs worse than before it went in.
