I visited several times to look at cars. Firstly I met Juan who was very friendly and helpful and arranged a test drive for me. Later I met Jack who also arranged a test drive for me and was very friendly and gave me a very reasonable price on the car that I liked. I totally recommend the Hyundai in Welling, you get good honest staff and not at all pushy. Thank you Hyundai Welling for my lovely car!
We took our Hyundai Kona into the Hyundai, Chislehurst garage for the check on the Infotainment screen & tyre pressure light. Tracy Flavius-Forbes looked after us extremely well she was very polite,helpful and had a friendly manor and nothing was not too much trouble for her. We most certainly will ask to be seen by her in the future.
I visited the Hyundai dealership after dropping my vehicle off for a scheduled service, with the intention of exploring the latest models and potentially considering an upgrade. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales representative was highly unsatisfactory. When I approached the salesperson to enquire about the vehicles, he demonstrated very little interest in assisting me. He did not make any effort to explain the features, specifications, or benefits of the cars, and remained seated throughout our interaction while I stood beside the vehicle asking questions. The lack of engagement and professionalism was evident. I could not help but feel that I was being judged based on my appearance, as I was not dressed formally at the time. It is disappointing and unacceptable that such behaviour still exists. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of how they are dressed. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the dealership, and I hope that management will address this matter to ensure better customer service standards in the future.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. They made sure my car was fully motorway-ready, explained things clearly, and made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the service with a smile \u2014 something you don\u2019t come across much these days. It genuinely reminded me of the old-school approach where customers are properly looked after, and you leave feeling confident and valued. A big thank you to Kerry, Dawn, and Jurie \u2014 and the rest of the service team too. They\u2019re a real credit to the dealership. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend Ancaster Hyundai Chislehurst and will definitely be back!
This is the first time i\u2019ve visited the new premises and it\u2019s a wonderful building, the parking situation is so much better. Thankfully they have taken all their brilliant staff with them, Dawn and Tracy are always so kind and helpful, and never make me feel silly for knowing nothing about cars, and the service team do an excellently thorough job. I know i\u2019m in good hands here.
Took my 2018 i30 in for a not a service + MOT, required a small amount of work to be done. Picked up the car with no window washer fluid in and thought nothing of it , after filling it realised there was a leak , took it back and threatened with a\xa3165 inspection fee if it was my fault (bearing in mind that it passed the mot with full working washer fluid when I took it in) had it \u201cfixed\u201d as they \u201cmust have caught a pipe when working in the car\u201d anyway it\u2019s still leaking and on inspection the engine tray had been replaced with cable ties! Not what you expected from a main dealer.
