Gavin is a genuinely great guy who cares for his customers and the cars he sells. I've never experienced such great service from a car dealer. The aftercare has been brilliant, and Gavin has gone above and beyond to ensure that we received great service after the drove away with the car. Dealers like Gavin are rare in an industry that can be daunting to explore. I hope we can deal with you again in the future!

If I could give more stars I would. I’ve never met a more honest and trustworthy dealership in my whole life. I purchased a really clean X5 and noticed that the rear suspension airbag was faulty. After the provided warranty was a massive trying get approved for work, Gavin offered to pay out of his own pocket and has since took out a new warranty provider. I will definitely be buying off Gavin again! Excellent service!

Gavin is a really genuine and good guy, true to his word. Purchased my car from him last year a week after being lied to and nearly scammed for my money from a car dealership in hartlepool. Because of that was really skeptical but found it easy to trust Gavin. He was upfront about everything, totally honest and helpful. Also, surprisingly even after a little while of having purchased the car there was a slight issue, but Gavin replied and and stayed in touch helping me to get this rectified to my absolute satisfaction. I would highly recommend purchasing your car from Alverstoke Automotive and myself will be contacting Gavin before checking anywhere else when I'm to buy a new car or looking for friends or family.

Was a great, easy buying experience with Gavin. Very patient and professional whilst I inspected the car and also knew his stuff when I asked him all the questions I had. I’ve had the car for a couple weeks now and it’s does everything I need and more. Can’t fault the service from Alverstoke Automotive!
