Wanted a car since before Christmas. I've called about it, and they said they are closing until 5th of Jan in 1hour. I wasn't going to make it, so I called, and messaged Andy on the mobile provided numerous time after that, to try and reserve the car. I've even went yesterday to their garage, and even though nobody was there, car was there, so not sold. Called again from there, and no answer. Today, Andy replies to one of my messages and says that is sold. How in the world this is sold ? I have called countless of times on the mobile and office numbers, with no answer, left online messages on their website, texted Andy, and now suddenly the car is sold ? Yesterday the car was on the forecourt, and that was 1 day after they posted the same car on Gumtree (a friend sent them a message there also with no reply)?How can a car be sold when they don't even answer phone calls or messages ? If they treat the potential customers like this, don't want to know how you get treated if the car has issues. Good luck with 'selling' your cars !

Recently brought a van from here. The service was amazing! The van was valeted and serviced, and they even took the time to make sure it was taxed and ready to drive away. I would highly recommend Alpheton Garage Ltd to anyone looking for a good deal.

My wife and I purchased a Mercedes SLK from this garage a few days ago and were really impressed with the friendly and professional service we received. From first contact to collection of the vehicle everything was handled perfectly. The car was given a new MOT, a fresh oil change, valeted immaculately and fitted with a new grille. Tammy and Andy were a pleasure to work with. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary on the planned collection day and they very kindly had a beautiful flower arrangement sitting on the car when we arrived. We highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from AGL.
