Please be aware of this company, they tell you what you want to hear for you to buy the vehicle but then they go back on what they have told you after purchase eg. I bought a Jaguar I-Pace from them after being told by Michael it had been fitted with a full brand new battery but after a month of having the car I started having battery issues to then be told it wasn't a new battery it had been fitted with, it had just had a cell replacement. This is now going down legal channels at our cost, I don't doubt that we will win the case but it is stress that we didn't need when buying an expensive car. I just don't want anyone else to fall into the same trap.

What a great service we received from Mike when we bought our car recently. We could not have been happier, he was attentive without being pushy. He was there to answer questions but allowed us time and space to make a decision. We were unable to get to the showroom until after closing but on both occasions they were more than willing to extend their day to accommodate us. The quality of service received from this independent longstanding family business is highly recommended.
A fantastic service from Alpha Cars. We drove down to look at a VW campervan. The salesman was very kind and helpful letting us look over the camper, no pressure selling, and when we asked any questions was very kind and helpful. He even let us drive of in the camper for a drive on our own. He was great with information on the camper and even when I explained I couldn't purchase it until I retired in two months was so kind he took a small deposit and kept it in secure storage at his own expense. An amazing service and a company id highly recommend.
I felt I must leave a positive review after a recent purchase of quite an expensive car. I traded in a very nice car and was offered a great price against the car I purchased. I dealt with Trevor who was the absolute opposite of the stereotype pushy salesman ! Trevor dealt with me throughout , nothing was too much trouble and he certainly made me feel like a valued customer.....I know that is how it should be but let's face it....it is not always the case. I actually travelled from Halifax to buy my car so it was quite a journey in itself...I was not disappointed in any way shape or form. I would not hesitate in dealing with Alpha cars again. Many thanks and they have my full recommendation.
