Harry delivered a level of service that was truly first-class \u2014 professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. The handover experience was impeccably presented and executed, setting a standard far above anything I\u2019ve experienced elsewhere. The showroom and facilities perfectly reflect the calibre of the business itself: refined, welcoming, and clearly focused on delivering a premium customer experience. Louise at Alexander\u2019s Prestige really did excel in customer service department with an issue I had with my car today. Very very minimal notice to which she applied her expertise and commitment in helping to have my issue resolved which resulted in having it repaired. Well done Louise and a very very big thankful for your help. Having visited the showroom I can honestly say that I would be delighted to buy a car from you. The warmth of reception was sincere and appreciated. Excellent company! Have been taking my car here for serving since I bought it in 2023 from their sister company \u201cHarvey cooper cars\u201d, the service is second to none, courtesy cars are of a high standard, communication excellent and my car even has a wash and hoover before coming back to me! I drive over an hour each way to take my vehicle here due to the excellent service! Thanks to all at Alexander\u2019s for your excellent ongoing service!
Perfect service from Keith Bellwood at Alexanders Prestige. I made a six hour round trip to view a car based on a video presentation and the feeling of trust Keith gave me. The car was exactly as described, immaculate. Well worth the trip. The buying process was simple, well organised and thorough. No pressure, none of the sales talk and techniques that we've all come to dislike from other dealers. The showroom is fantastic, the presentation of the stock is first class and all the staff I met, including valeters and receptionists, were warm and friendly. Keith has been absolutely fantastic throughout dealing with these guys. Unfortunately, I can't make the numbers work on the car I wanted to buy, however Keith and the team did as much as possible to help support me with a part exchange, as well as brilliant numbers and rates on the BMW I was interested in. His communication was very prompt, clear and honest. He sent over a great video of the car less than 12 hours after the car arrived to site, and no request was too large or little. Service from Keith was absolutely second to none - friendly, professional, and helped the experience be much more relaxed and comfortable, by comparison of all other dealers being pushy and treat me as a timewaster. He was very understanding and compassionate when I was gutted to let him know that I can't make the numbers work on the car. Best service I have ever had from any car showroom, and I truly hope I can make a deal with Keith and the team some day soon.
