Recently purchased my 911 Turbo S from Andrew and John, not only was the vehicle beyond expectations in terms of presentation and condition, the service received was next level and probably the best buying experience I have had, having purchased a number of vehicles over many years. Excellent company! Have been taking my car here for serving since I bought it in 2023 from their sister company \u201cHarvey cooper cars\u201d, the service is second to none, courtesy cars are of a high standard, communication excellent and my car even has a wash and hoover before coming back to me! I drive over an hour each way to take my vehicle here due to the excellent service! Thanks to all at Alexander\u2019s for your excellent ongoing service!
Perfect service from Keith Bellwood at Alexanders Prestige. I made a six hour round trip to view a car based on a video presentation and the feeling of trust Keith gave me. The car was exactly as described, immaculate. Well worth the trip. The buying process was simple, well organised and thorough. No pressure, none of the sales talk and techniques that we've all come to dislike from other dealers. The showroom is fantastic, the presentation of the stock is first class and all the staff I met, including valeters and receptionists, were warm and friendly. Keith has been absolutely fantastic throughout dealing with these guys. Unfortunately, I can't make the numbers work on the car I wanted to buy, however Keith and the team did as much as possible to help support me with a part exchange, as well as brilliant numbers and rates on the BMW I was interested in. His communication was very prompt, clear and honest. He sent over a great video of the car less than 12 hours after the car arrived to site, and no request was too large or little. Service from Keith was absolutely second to none - friendly, professional, and helped the experience be much more relaxed and comfortable, by comparison of all other dealers being pushy and treat me as a timewaster. He was very understanding and compassionate when I was gutted to let him know that I can't make the numbers work on the car. Best service I have ever had from any car showroom, and I truly hope I can make a deal with Keith and the team some day soon.
Had my Land-rover discovery serviced here today and was very impressed with the service, Natalie the service advisor was very helpful and friendly,also they did not fit parts unnecessary which made a huge difference to the cost of my service, I would definitely recommend and will return in the future. Had the pleasure of Nick the sales rep helping me with a viewing for a 911. Hes very passionate and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and organised a test drive for me. Kept in touch with me over the week with no sales pressure whilst I decided on the car. I've bought a car from them in the past at their sister garage. Would recommend them if looking for a high end car.
