We recently purchased an Audi A3 from the these guys and while we have had a couple of niggles they have helped us sort them out. We had one issue that only turned out to be a flat battery but not being mechanically minded it seemed more than. But I spoke with them on the phone and they lent us their battery charger. Then we had an issue with the roof that turned out to be an issue with a faulty wiring loom that again they arranged for us to drop it to a local garage where the owner there replaced loom. Yes on times it was inconvenient but at the end of the day the guys were helpful and sorted the problems out.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought my first car here, passed my test Saturday and drove it Sunday, what an absolute shambles. Wires are cut under my bonnet, had 5 repairs since owning it for 3 months, engine fan doesn\u2019t work, A/C is a mix & match plug so isn\u2019t even plugged in. He didn\u2019t want to know what was wrong with my car and tried to walk away. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paid \xa32995k, would only give me back \xa32500K. First time buyers, AVOID! If there was an option to give no stars, I definitely would.
STAY AWAY!!! Bought a car from them in August 2023. The brakes completely stopped when we were driving back over the bridge at 70mph, we went straight to the garage and there was, in their words, a 'massive hole' leaking breaking fluid. Cost me \xa3400. Tried to call them and email but no response. Then the car stopped turning on and the gearbox stopped working. I needed a whole new one, which I couldn't afford - so I've just had to sell as scraps. I lost \xa35k because of this place. What a horrible company to sell cars like this to normal people and not even answer the phone after. Please do avoid them, they shouldn't be allowed to open.
If I could give no stars I would but unable to. The man in office was very rude and disrespectful to me did not like me asking any questions about the car or the aftercare such as warranty. Didn't even get up from his chair to come outside and discuss the car spec or price with me when looking at it. My advice is STAY AWAY TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!! had better customer services in mc D
