Staff were very unfriendly, rude and unhelpful would not recommend. *In response* We would have understood, if any of what you said in your reply was stated to us at the time. To provide true context, there was no traffic at the time we arrived, however were turn away with little to no explanation. After we asked what day we could test drive the car instead, we were begrudgingly offered Monday. You also left out the part where one of your employees was incredibly unfriendly and rude to us. I\u2019m also appalled that you would accuse me of being unsympathetic towards the accident we had no idea happened, that is an unprofessional dig at my character in an attempt to retaliate against my review.
I was interested in buying one of their vehicles, made the journey to their site only to be turned away, total waist of time, wouldn't allow me to test drive the vehicle at 3:30 in the afternoon, and was very rude to both myself and my family, very disappointed. EDIT: the response from the owner of the business is a lie and he knows it, there was no traffic around his business in the afternoon on this day, the crash in question happend in the early hours of the morning and the traffic had cleared by the time we had arrived otherwise we would not have made it to his business. Even if there was traffic (which there wasn't) there was no need to treat us in the way he did when we were at the showroom (hut).
Needed a new second hand car quick due to old car being on its last legs. Dropped by Affordable Cars of Sussex and were met by very friendly staff who didn't force us to look at anything in particular and were given our own space and time. Found a car we liked within 15 minutes and were taken through all the steps required for us owning it. They then put the car through an MOT for us and 4 days later they phoned us to say it was ready for us to pick it up. Couldn't have been easier and were made to feel comfortable and valued. We highly recommend them and will use them again if we need to.
Just bought a second-hand car from Affordable Cars and can highly recommend them. With plenty of unpressurised time to look at the car we went to view, we decided to buy it. It was the weekend before Christmas, and we needed the car quite urgently. Chris managed to get it ready for us in the week before Christmas and the New Year - a tricky time. We received good old-fashioned, courteous service with no salesmanship tactics - they didn't need to use them - the quality of their cars speaks for itself. Keep up the good work!
