We purchased a cat s vauxhall corsa from here. We had the car delivered to our home as it was a 3/4 hour trip each way. The car was delivered by a lovely gentlemen on time. They put a years mot on the car for me and the car arrived immaculate and as described. The car runs and drives lovely. Superb dealership, 5 stars from us!
My Daughter purchased a BMW 1 series from here - Kamal who sold us the vehicle was very helpful, we travelled to collect the vehicle and was very accommodating both for viewing and collection. We did encounter a oil leak with the vehicle and as we were over an hours away we swiftly agreed for us to take the vehicle into a local garage for the repair (oil seal had failed) and we were professionally and swiftly refunded the repair costs. Recommend this garage if looking for a good secondhand vehicle with good after sales care.
Absolutely top experience from start to finish. Proper sound lads at the dealership\u2014no messing about, just straight-up honest service. I went in not 100% sure what I wanted, but they took their time, talked me through everything, and helped me find the perfect car. The car itself is spot on\u2014clean, well looked after, and drives like a dream. You can tell they actually care about what they\u2019re selling. Cheers again, really happy with the car!
Bought a Vauxhall Mokka X from these was told it would be put through an MOT before collection. When collecting it did have a \u2018new\u2019 MOT certificate however on the drive home the tyre sensors came on, turns out 2 where missing which is an MOT fail. While they paid for the sensors I took it for another MOT because it shouldn\u2019t have passed the one before purchase and you guessed it failed with major defaults. I had only drove 100miles since purchase and 72 of them were to get home from buying. The car also lost power while driving from the test centre. When calling to advise them of what has happened I was told I would have to drive it back to them and I could have a refund minus an admin charge! Upon informing them that they have sold me a car that shouldn\u2019t be on the road they needed to collect it and issue a full refund or if I had to pay to transport it back to them I would be taken them to the Small Claims Court for the additional expenses. I was told to stop using threats and threatening language towards them. Lucky the collected the car and issued a refund the next day. EDITED TO ADD the photos of their MOT and the one I had done myself. As well as the diagnostic of the tyre sensors and receipt. You don\u2019t MOT a \u2018hire car\u2019 as they put it. The car was also returned with the parts I had purchased because they were missing (aerial and interior door handle plastic case) and certainly no damage as they state or I\u2019m sure they would have contacted me directly prior to the review or their reply. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE!
