I brought my Skoda while ago from these guys and it was a lovely car. Now I took my dad there who brought a very reasonably prices and immaculate BMW. There is a friendly, transparent service with very good quality cars which have been checked. I will now recommend other family members to come here if they are looking. Thank you Ace Autos.
We had an amazing experience with Ace Autos! From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm, friendly, and professional. The team made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process. They were honest, helpful, and very patient in answering all our questions. The car we purchased is absolutely great \u2014 it drives perfectly and we are very happy with it. Everything went smoothly and all is well. Purchased a car from this Garage a few weeks again. Had to send it back because of issues regarding glass roof, Bluetooth and the handbrake. Sent it back for repair then picked it up a week later to find that the passenger door was damaged. The owner then accused me of damaging my own car the repairs had not been done as the Bluetooth, handbrake still not working the sealant on this glass roof was not replaced, but just stuck down. Never in my life have I come across a man so ignorant he calls him self the owner. Please who ever reads this do not buy any cars from this Garage.
If I could rate lower then a 1 star believe me I would! Just wanna warn others do not buy from this dealer! If you wanna buy a car from a scrap yard then this is the right place to go! I brought a car off them, took the car in for basic windscreen washer repair after a week of having the car.. okay fair enough. My garage told me to return the car as it had electrical wires exposed and even took pictures and said wires were catching on the cooling fan. So a potential fire risk! I managed to get most my money back even though they kept \xa3350 admin fee even though it\u2019s signed on the dotted line\u2026 it\u2019s not actually not a legal document! He also kept \xa3100 off me as he didn\u2019t have the V5 when I returned the car as I was waiting for it to arrive via the post. Also not very professional through abuse at both of us. Honestly just don\u2019t buy a car from them save yourselves the stress and nightmare go to a dealership where you have a lot better protection and are in safer hands. *All the info you have replied back with is false! It was a 2014 reg not 2013! I also have pics of the mileage I did and no way I did 12,000 miles that\u2019s lies! Also we was completely open that we didn\u2019t have the log book, as it was awaiting in the post. Also I only had the car under two weeks, so where your getting by 5 weeks from I have no idea!
